ABOUT THE ROLE

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing our joint business with a number of key retail and online customers in Hungary and reports to the Country Manager. 

KEY TASKS:

  • Sales strategy development and execution aiming at over-delivery of financial KPIs.
  • Relentless focus on continuous improvement of sales fundamentals: portfolio distribution, shelving, activation and merchandising.
  • Maximize revenue growth behind impeccable new product launches.
  • Fully in charge of P&L.
  • Lead annual customer negotiations, align contractual elements with utmost focus on ROI.
  • Sales forecasting.
  • Sales budget management.
  • Strong work relation with other functions such as trade marketing, marketing, controlling and supply with ultimate goal to best serve the interests of target shoppers through managed customer group.
  • Powerful cooperation with retail team in order to maximize level of in store implementation vs customer HQ agreements.

For this role as a Key Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Economic university or commercial college degree
  • 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Managing online customers or position at online sales company is of advantage
  • Logical and strategic thinking and great in analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate, open minded and proactive personality
  • Ability to work both independent and in a team
  • Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
